So I had this idea that I could start a little music joint in Benson right?
Well here it is – The Barley Street Tavern at 2735 N. 62nd St.
Some things still need some work, but...
I wanted to get something more going here in Omaha with live music. I like the Benson area along with the other places in the Downtown area. So I thought what a great place to establish another music joint.
I have been a performing musician for a lot of years and I know what it is like for performing musicians (us) to try to find a place to play. It isn't always the easiest process... Well, I am on your side! Now for a change there is a place where the venue is musician friendly and waiting to get your performing talents on to a stage and in front of an audience.
The Barley Street Tavern is helping the performing musician.
We have live music performances every night. Featuring some great local and regional performers, as well as, national touring acts.
I really hope to continue to host great talent, great music, and great performance at The Barley Street Tavern.
